Applications received after February 2nd will be added to a Waitlist. Please do not submit the Application Fee until you have been scheduled for a tour.

After your application is received, you will be contacted to schedule a parent meeting, followed by a play visit, so we can get to know your child. Financial Aid
Merricat’s treasures diversity of every kind and is a truly inclusive space. Financial aid is available for families who need it. To apply for financial aid, families must submit an application through Clarity. Clarity is a financial aid platform that helps Merricat’s fairly assess what a family can afford to contribute to their child’s education based on their demonstrated financial need and availability of funds. Clarity analyzes family assets, income, expenses, and debts, and verifies this information through supporting documentation such as recent pay stubs and tax returns. The Clarity portal will indicate any required documents that are relevant to your family’s financial situation.
Merricat’s Castle School is a member of the Independent Schools Admissions Association of Greater New York (ISAAGNY) and follows all admissions guidelines outlined in the ISAAGNY membership agreement.
